Meeting Registration 2026

The annual meeting of the WV Chapter of the American College of Surgeons will once again be held at the beautiful Greenbrier Resort and Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, April 30th-May 2nd. As always, our Annual Chapter meeting is regarded as one of the finest state chapter meetings in the Country and offers CME credit, allows for interactions with colleagues from across the State, and hosts opportunities for resident and student programming.

The room block expires March 30th, 2026, so be sure to book your room in advance!

Please be sure to list the number of attendees who will attend the buffet lunch on April 30th!

For Nurses, or APP- Waived first year and then $100.00 each year

Non-Member MD/DO registration- $200.00

Speakers, Residents, and Students- Waived each year

Registration for Chapter Members- $150.00
